After entering the information, you will move to the search screen. Check the category you would like to search or enter the key words (English only) in the text box, then click the SEARCH button. You can also use both the category search and the full-text (key word) search together. (In this case, please use "AND" to define the search.) |

The search results will be displayed in another window. You can change the number of search results shown by using the pull-down menu in the upper left portion of the page. The same research tool may have different license terms, such as the licensing fee, depending on the user's objective (research or commercial), so the search results will be displayed by objective. You can move to a different page using the button in the center of the page or by clicking the link directly to the desired page number. When you place the cursor on an item that is underlined, an explanation of the item will be shown. If you conduct another search while this window is open, the new search results will appear in this window.

The items that have a  under them can be searched from these results using a focused search. When the button is clicked, a pull-down menu like the one shown below will appear and you can choose the category that you would like to focus on. The focused search results will then be displayed. In addition, multiple focused searches can be conducted. In this case, please use AND to define the search. |
